In Mark 2, Jesus shocks the system. He forgives before He heals. Feasts instead of fasts. Breaks man-made rules to reveal God’s radical mercy. Summary: Jesus returns to Capernaum and immediately begins challenging the status quo. He forgives a paralyzed man before healing him, calls a despised tax collector to follow Him, eats with sinners, and redefines both fasting and the Sabbath. Through every move, Jesus isn't breaking God's law—He's breaking through religious pride to reach the human heart. Reflection & Small Group Discussion Questions: 1.
