What matters most is that the core GOSPEL message remains clear and central, not muddied or lost through added doctrines or confusing teachings, as often happens across denominations—including Catholicism and evangelical churches. Finding a church involves balancing agreement on most beliefs while having leadership secure enough to allow honest questions and differing views without marginalising members.
