Jesus Himself regularly withdrew to solitary places to pray, and He taught His followers to go into a quiet place, shut the door, and meet their Father in secret. But finding a quiet room is only the beginning. Even when the world around us grows silent, our minds can remain crowded with thoughts, unfinished tasks, notifications, worries, and distractions. This episode invites us to cultivate something deeper—an inner stillness that allows us to quiet the noise and become attentive to the presence of God. What if prayer sometimes means saying less and listening more? What if instead of always filling the silence, we simply learned to "be still and know that I am God"?
