Spurgeon said, "Brethren, there is no knowing God except through God." Is there a God? And if so, how do you know so? It is not a matter of intuition, reason, or empiricism, but a matter of revelation. "For the LORD gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and instruction" (Prov 2:6). Words of wisdom and all wise and biblical counsel comes from God alone, in His Word alone.
