Spurgeon said, "It strikes me that conflict is the principal feature of the Christian life this side of heaven." There's a lot of truth to that statement. While we are at odds with this world's system, and seek to withstand the fiery darts of the wicked one, we should NOT find ourselves in conflict with one another. Whether it is in business, family, employment, church or marriage, we have been called to be peacemakers, not peace-breakers as we "pursue the things which make for peace" (Rom 14:19).
