We embark on a Bible Study of the book of Philippians (Philippians 1:2), focusing on "Grace & Peace"โ€”how the FOUNDATION of the Christian life must be rooted in God's grace and sustained by His supernatural peace. In this study, you will gain understanding of how grace and peace impact our lives and how they are meant to work together. CHURCH LADY Q&A: Enjoy a humorous yet insightful segment as the "church lady" answers live audience questions, poking fun at legalism, religious performance, and tradition. In our questions segment, we address emotional wounds, father/mother wounds, emotional neglect, healing from self-harm and OCD, church hurt, struggling with anxiety and depression, legalism and more. Mark even talks about how the word "backsliding" has become something that is used unfruitfully. We offer encouragement for overcoming inner criticism, practicing self-love, and receiving the Father's love. Special topics include: - Navigating driving anxiety and performance mentality in legalistic church cultures. - How to heal from religious trauma and find healthy, grace-filled community. - Sensitivity to profanity in OCD (Scrupulosity/Religious OCD) and practical exposure advice. - Baptism: water, Spirit, and biblical unity beyond denominational debates. Whether you're seeking deliverance from religious legalism, striving for emotional recovery, or desiring practical application of Bible truths to your mental health, this episode offers spirit-filled wisdom, practical tools, and relatable encouragement for your journey. โ“Submit a Question: https://markdejesus.com/questions/ ๐Ÿ“˜The Myth of the Perfect One: https://bit.ly/44kZu7B ๐Ÿ“˜Get The OCD Healing Journey Book Today: https://markdejesus.com/the-ocd-healing-journey-book/ โžก๏ธGet a FREE eBook on the Fatherโ€™s Love: https://bit.ly/3fGu6t3 โ–ถ๏ธMark's resource library: https://markdejesus.com/topics/ ๐Ÿ‘‰Support future videos: https://markdejesus.com/donate/ ๐ŸŒŽJoin the Healing and Freedom Community: https://markdejesus.com/community ๐Ÿ“šMark's books: https://markdejesus.com/books-by-mark-dejesus/ Music Provided by Epidemic Sound: https://share.epidemicsound.com/73m02k and Audiio: https://ref.audiio.com/3c99d6zk Mark's Podcast and Video Equipment: https://markdejesus.com/equipment/ Disclaimer: The content published is for informational purposes.
