Love Gets Happy About the Truth

As you grow in love, you will need to learn the relationship that truth and love have together. Because God designed them to be a powerful force in your life. But I also know that these two apart from each other can cause a lot of damage and unleash a lot of deception. If you seek to communicate love but lack the involvement of truth, the definition of love will become distorted and the truth can be exchanged for lies. Relationships don’t grow, people do not change and codependency will run rampant. On the other hand, if you seek to embrace truth and lack love, you will damage relationships, become legalistic and down right condemning. The very word of God that is meant to be a sword to destroy the works of the devil can become something believers stab themselves and others with. So it is vitally important that we learn how to let love and truth work together. John mentions this in 2 John 1:3, where he greets by saying, “Grace, mercy, and peace will be with you from God the Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.” 1 Corinthians 13:6 does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth Love as God designed it, has a relationship with truth, that when truth manifests, love rejoices. Love gets excited about the truth. Love throws a party with the truth. Love, loves truth.
