One Hindu holy book declares, "Those who bathe at the conflux of the black and white rive, the Ganga and the Yamuna, go to heaven." Another sacred writing says that "The pilgrim who bathes at this place wins absolution for his whole family, and even if he has perpetrated a hundred crimes, he is redeemed the moment he touches the Ganga, whose waters wash away his sins." And millions who come there depart with peace in their hearts and renewed faith. What damnable deception from Satan to those thinking they can perform in such a way as to merit God's favor! But such are the works-centered false religious systems that man relies on, rather than biblical Christianity's teaching of salvation through faith in the finished work of Christ. Every religious system to some degree is works-justification. You are either relying on human works or divine accomplishment.
