There is a growing number of people who profess faith in Christ while remaining disconnected from the local church. At the same time, we often hear the phrase, “the church isn’t a building,” as if that gives justification for walking the Christian life alone. But what does Scripture actually say about the relationship between a believer and the church? And is it possible to faithfully follow Christ while remaining detached from the body He established? In this video, we take a careful look at what the New Testament shows us about the nature and necessity of the church.
