How to Consume Mental Health Content without Being OBSESSIVE

Question Sent to Me: " I just wanted to ask for your thoughts on how to leverage consuming content regarding mental health versus just going about your life as if you were mentally healthy, even when you don’t feel it. I recently came across a very long letter that a man wrote after he recovered from a severe anxiety disorder. And he put a lot of emphasis on playing pretend since your limbic system doesn’t know whether you are pretending or not and if you simply act like you are fine, even when you feel anxiety, you will eventually trick your Olympic system into going into rest/digest. Lately I have been able to squash my compulsion to google everything, but I kind of replaced it with watching anxiety and realization recovery videos. I realized that I just replaced the compulsion. So my question is how do I balance consuming content that could be helpful but also try to go about my life and try to strengthen my mental muscles?"
