10 Tips for Overcoming Social Anxiety

Do you struggle to be yourself and relax in social situations? Social anxiety may be keeping you from being able to experience the enjoyment that healthy relationship interaction can bring. Relationship interactions are the main stage where God grows us the most, teaches us to overcome and gives us context for experiencing love. But for many, social anxiety or social phobias keeps them from being able to experience the blessing available in relationship connection. To overcome social anxiousness in my own life, I had to utilize some very practical mindsets and action steps. But over time, I found that fear no longer had the upper hand when I learned to apply some simple tips. These are tips I have used and they are tools I share with people that I coach with.
