This ONE STATEMENT Changed My Mental Health Journey

One of the most common questions I receive from people about their mental health struggle is, "How long will it take me to get free?" or "How long will it take to get better?" They want to know how long it will take to get over their struggle or battleground. Meanwhile, they are overwhelmed in whatever they are struggling with. Many are neck deep in discouragement over their OCD, anxiety or depression struggle, thinking, "this will never end." Some are saying, "Will I have to battle this for the rest of my life?" In this video, I talk about a time where I was at my wits end with constant anxiety, panic attacks and OCD thinking. I never thought I would get free. Yet in personal moment of realization, I was able to discover something very important that helped enhance my transformational experience. ➡️Get a FREE eBook on the Father’s Love: https://bit.ly/3fGu6t3 ▶️Mark's resource library: https://markdejesus.com/topics/ 👉Support future videos: https://markdejesus.com/donate/ 🌎Join the Healing and Freedom Community: https://markdejesus.com/community 📚Mark's books: https://markdejesus.com/books-by-mark-dejesus/ Music Provided by Epidemic Sound: https://share.epidemicsound.com/73m02k and Audiio: https://ref.audiio.com/3c99d6zk Mark's Podcast and Video Equipment: https://markdejesus.com/equipment/ Disclaimer: The content published is for informational purposes.
