I explore how spiritual abuse, politics in the church, factionalism, confusion, and every evil work tie into selfish ambition and envy, and how this intersects with mental health struggles like anxiety, survival mode, obsessive introspection, and feeling chronically unsafe in relationships. I also spend time wrestling through big questions: how do we discern narcissistic patterns versus normal selfishness? What does biblical humility and “lowliness of mind” really look like without becoming a doormat, people-pleaser or codependent?
