What happens when a question refuses to stay small?
The origin story of The Human Condition Foundation — how one question about the red-letter words of Jesus opened into a full framework for human orientation: Spirit, Matter, and Meaning.
We set out to ask one question — why the same words produce such radically different lives — and followed it past where it was supposed to stop. The question led to orientation. Orientation led down into psychology: the self, the Kernel, the Ego Shell, the structure of emotion. Psychology hit its edge, and philosophy took over — not how we feel about reality, but how we interpret it.
Two dimensions give you a line, and a line gives you polarity, not bearing. The third was Meaning — navigation, trust, the why beneath every what. The triangle closed: Spirit, Matter, Meaning. Three irreducible dimensions of what it means to be a human being trying to orient. And two things came out of it — an orientation framework anyone can engage, and Neo-Eclectic Christianity, the theological account of what's behind the door.
The body of work:
The Resonant Life (TRL) — the memoir underneath all of it.
The Triadic Operating Self (TOS) — the Matter vector. The Kernel, the Ego Shell, Emotional Telemetry.
The Triadic Operating Philosophy (TOP) — the Spirit vector. Interpretation and orientation.
The Faith Operating System (FOS) — the Meaning vector. How meaning is structured.
Neo-Eclectic Christianity (NEC) — the theological heart. Not a denomination. A framework.
The Triadic Interpretation of Existence (TIE) — the metaphysical overview.
Civil-Cultural Geometric Mapping (CCGM) — triadic logic at civilizational scale.
Every video opens with a question and ends with a sharper one. We said at the start: what happens when a question refuses to stay small?
This is what happens. And we're still finding out.
