In our times of pain, suffering and drowning, we need mercy. Yet we often turn to judgmentalism, condemnation and shame. We struggle to recieve it from God and we struggle to give it to others. While God is extending his compassion and kindness to us, we often find ourselves underneath the waves of the accuser. When someone is down, they need the power of mercy. But do we even know what it means?
