Most worship leaders know their setlists better than Scripture. You know every chord, every transition, every Elevation song. But ask you to explain what Jesus looks like in Revelation 1 and you’re lost. You spend two hours in rehearsal but won’t spend ten minutes in the Word. Then wonder why your worship feels empty. You can’t give what you don’t have. You can’t love who you don’t know. You can’t lead people to a Jesus you’ve only met through other people’s songs. The congregation doesn’t need another cover band.
