The Noah's Ark Claim Doesn't Hold Up | Watch Full Video Below | Subscribe

If you're skeptical of Christianity, don't make this mistake. Don't reject Christianity because of a claim that hasn't been proven. After looking at the evidence, I don't think there is enough to confidently say the Durupınar formation is Noah's Ark. In fact, the evidence currently leans away from that specific claim. But here's the important question: What does that have to do with whether Christianity is true? Very little. Christianity does not stand or fall on one archaeological site in Turkey. The bigger questions remain: Why do flood traditions appear across so many cultures? How do we explain widespread sedimentary rock layers, evidence of catastrophic flooding in Earth's history, and marine fossils found high in mountain ranges? Those are separate discussions worth investigating. As Christians, we shouldn't believe something simply because we want it to be true. We should follow the evidence wherever it leads.
