Alternate Gospels…Then and Now

How do gospels actually work? They are framing stories that offer a premise about humanity, an account of the problem, and an offer of an solution. In this clip from a sermon on Galatians 1:6-16, Pastor Glenn Packiam explains two alternate of false gospels from Paul’s day— the Roman Gospel and the Judaizers Gospel— and three from our day— the Gospel of Pluralism, the Gospel of Individualism, and the Gospel of Marxism. While each may contribute a measure of truth, they ultimately offer an inadequate account of the human condition and an insufficient offer of salvation.
