Your Platform Is Growing. Your Soul Is Dying.

Most worship leaders are asking the wrong question.
“How do I grow my platform?”
The better question is, “Who am I becoming while it grows?”
You can build an audience and still lose your intimacy with God.
You can gain influence and lose your first love.
You can become known by people while becoming unfamiliar with the presence of God.
The frightening part is that spiritual drift rarely looks dramatic. It often looks productive. More invitations. More opportunities. More content. More visibility.
Meanwhile, your prayer life gets squeezed into the gaps of your schedule.
Your Bible becomes a sourcebook for teaching rather than a place of encounter.
Your relationship with God becomes something you talk about instead of something you actively cultivate.
The Kingdom has never been impressed by visibility.
God is not looking for worship leaders with the largest reach. He is looking for worship leaders who still tremble at His Word, who still know how to linger in His presence when nobody is watching, and who still choose the secret place over self-promotion.
The greatest ministries in history were built by people who were hidden before they were seen.
If your platform disappeared tomorrow, would your relationship with Jesus remain untouched?
That question is worth sitting with.
If you know there is more for you in this season, if you are tired of surface-level Christianity, spiritual inconsistency, and leading from a place of emptiness, my 4-month group mentorship begins this July.
We are building worship leaders from the inside out. Heart, character, theology, leadership, and spiritual formation.
Applications are now open.
There are only a few spaces remaining.
