The Bible consistently points to order, design, and purpose rather than randomness and chaos. If God created time, space, and matter, then God cannot be limited by time, space, and matter. The Creator must exist beyond His creation. Think about an author writing a book. The author exists outside the story, yet every character, every event, and every page depends on the author. In a similar way, God exists beyond the universe He created, yet He continually sustains and interacts with it. Hebrews 1:3 says that God sustains all things by His powerful word. Colossians 1:17 says that in Christ all things hold together. The God of the Bible is not trapped inside creation. He is the Creator of creation.
