Following Jesus is not a side label. It is your primary identity.
You are not a teacher who happens to be a Christian.
You are a Christian teacher.
Jesus calls us the salt of the earth. Salt preserves. Salt prevents decay.
And if we have to put our faith on the shelf to participate in something, we are not staying neutral. We may be adding to the darkness.
Live as salt and light.
