What kind of foundation are you building your life on? In this message, Pastor Aaron Pennington concludes our Sermon on the Mount series by teaching through Matthew 7:24–29, where Jesus compares the wise builder who built his house on the rock with the foolish builder who built his house on sand. Jesus makes it clear that the difference isn’t who heard the truth. Both builders heard the same words. The difference is who put His words into practice. This sermon challenges us to move beyond spiritual complacency, consumer Christianity, and good intentions, and to become people who don’t just hear the words of Jesus but actually live them out.
