As Romans turns from chapter 1 to chapter 2, Paul makes clear that he is addressing two audiences throughout this letter: Jews and Gentiles. Having indicted Gentiles for sinfully rejecting God’s revelation, Paul shows that Jews have also turned from the even clearer revelation that God gave them.
