Does resting get the job done? Jesus challenged Martha to look beyond the endless list of tasks and details demanding her attention. The work mattered — but the most important thing was standing right in front of her. It was Him. There’s nothing wrong with serving, planning, or getting things done. But sometimes the most important work we can do is to slow down, sit at His feet, and enjoy His presence.
