Don’t underestimate the power of encouraging others. Barnabas may not have been center stage — but he was essential. He stood beside Paul. He believed in Mark. He helped guard the early Church from division and discouragement, quietly strengthening leaders so the Gospel could keep moving forward. Not every act of faith happens in front of a crowd. Sometimes it’s a timely word. A hard conversation. A steady presence.
