This is the theology underneath everything you do on a Sunday morning.
You are not there to lead worship. You are there to carry people toward God.
The grieving wife. The father who has not prayed in a month. The teenager who is not sure they believe yet.
They are on your shoulders.
This changes the question you ask before you walk out. Not “am I ready to lead?” but “am I carrying the people toward God right now?”
