Living in the Land Between Two Trees #sermon #church #jesus

“We live in the land between two trees.” One tree points back to the beginning, to humanity’s rebellion and our need for Jesus. The other points forward to the tree of life and God’s redemptive plan made complete. It’s the meaning behind the tree in the Return logo and the two trees planted outside Trace Church. Every time we walk between them, they remind us where we are in God’s story. We’re living between the two trees. There’s still time. There’s still opportunity. This isn’t the time to spiritually sleepwalk. It’s time to live with greater urgency and use what God has given us to bring as many people as possible into the redemptive story of Jesus.
