We believe that God rarely moves in exactly the same way; likewise, the leadership and vision that God provides doesn't always come in the same forms. Creativity demands a certain level of chaos and yet chaos needs to be controlled. We embrace change and don't use the past as a crutch for the future. The message will not change, but the methods always will.
