The Spiritual Damage From "Spiritual" Encounters

To some people, an emotional high with God means they’re close with Him and He is pleased with them. They're addicted to the sensation. To them, if you're not constantly filled with the Holy Spirit... if you're not 'twitterpated all the time... then you're not as loved by God. What happens when people don’t believe they’re loved by God unless they’re having constant supernatural encounters with God? This can create a whole mess of theological damage that can emerge from this type of belief and thinking. Just in case...
