Could Psalm 22 be one of the strongest prophecies about Jesus in the entire Old Testament?
Written centuries before the crucifixion, Psalm 22 describes details surrounding the Messiah's suffering that no person being executed could control.
The mocking crowd.
The insults.
The casting of lots for His clothing.
The surrounding spectators.
These weren't actions Jesus could orchestrate while hanging on a Roman cross.
And Psalm 22 doesn't end with suffering.
It points to something much bigger.
It says that through this suffering, all the nations would come to worship the God of Israel.
Today, billions of people around the world worship Jesus Christ.
Coincidence...
Or fulfilled prophecy?
