The Hidden Responsibility Of Worship Leaders

Most worship leaders do not realise this.
Every song choice teaches people something about God.
Every transition shapes how people approach His presence.
Every word between songs forms theology in real time.
Worship is not filler before the sermon.
The songs are preaching too.
Paul said:
“Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly… through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit.” Colossians 3:16
The singing was never separate from the teaching.
The songs carry doctrine.
They shape belief.
They disciple hearts.
So the question is not:
“Did the room sing?”
The question is:
“What did the room learn about God?”
Worship leader, you are not only leading moments.
You are forming people.
