In this episode, we take a deeper look at the commandment, “You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain.” This teaching explains that taking the Lord’s name in vain is not only about misusing God’s name in speech, but also about **bearing His name falsely**. To carry God’s name means to represent Him, and when we claim to belong to Him while living in pride, dishonesty, hypocrisy, or rebellion, we misrepresent the One whose name we carry.
