One of a Kind Lightning Strike — ‘The voice of the LORD thundereth…’ (Psalm 29:3 KJV)
Here is a video of the lightning strike during a huge rain storm in Clearwater, Florida
on July 17, 2026 at 2:45 pm. This lightning strike was captured on a car camera
by persons associated with the Scourby YouBible Channel.
Notice that the reflection of the lightning strike a passes under a pickup truck,
crosses a big intersection, pointing directly at the car of the Scourby YouBible team.
The car was first in line at the red light. This is just more evidence of the invisible God speaking through the things that God made in His visible creation!
And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices:
and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne,
which are the seven Spirits of God. Revelation 4:5
For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west;
so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Matthew 24:27
His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled. Psalm 97:4
The heavens themselves preach this truth. “The heavens declare the glory of God;
and the firmament sheweth his handywork.” (Psalm 19:1). Creation is not silent;
it is the invisible God’s voice in visible form. Paul writes “For the invisible things of him
from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood
by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead;
so that they are without excuse:” (Romans 1:20)
Imagine the power in this single verse, and according to Paul, we can even understand God’s eternal power and Godhead, in things God made, “so that we have no excuse.” The visible world is God’s revelation of His invisible power and nature.
