Shocking New 7-minute Video suggests Who Muhammad really was! SURPRISE!

On Feb.1, 2025 the YouTube channel "Solving God" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kJ6ifM1tT8s) put out a short 7 minute video asking the question concerning who the Muhammad referred to 4 times in the Qur'an really was? Could Muhammad have been a later invention, or was he someone else entirely? There were 5 areas 'Solving God' investigated to answer these questions: 1) Looking at the Qur'an it is odd that the name 'Muhammad' can only be found 4 times, which is nothing when compared to the number of times Moses is listed (136 times), or Abraham (69 times) or even Jesus (between 25-93 times), suggesting that he is not really important to the narrative of the Qur'an. What's more, in the earliest Arabic manuscripts of the Qur'an, the word is just 4 consonants, MHMD, which means "Praised one", or "Anointed One", which is s title, and thus not a name. 2) When we look at each of the 4 references to MHMD in the Qur'an we find that none of them could be referring to the prophet of Islam. Take for instance Surah 3:144 which says that this 'praised one' is merely a messenger, which could easily be Jesus. When we look at Surah 33:40, this MHMD is again only a messenger, the last prophet, and not the father of anyone, which would have to point again to Jesus, as he never married, nor had children. In both Surahs 47:2 and 48:29 the MHMD listed here is merely a 'messenger', which could pertain to all of the prophets. 3) When we look at the Dome of the Rock, the 3rd holiest shrine in Islam, built in 691 AD, the earliest and only original inscriptions refer again to the MHMD as simply a prophet, and attack the divinity, sonship of Jesus, and the trinity as well, suggesting an anti-trinitarian polemic against the Byzantine Trinitarians. 4) Compounding this problem concerning who Muhammad was is the fact that the earliest biographies and saying of Muhammad don't appear until well after the 9th century, suggesting that he was "retroactively constructed to serve political and theological agendas of much later Muslims". 5) If this MHMD = "Praised One" = "Anointed One" = the Messiah = Jesus is correct than the conclusion must be that "Islam's foundational text (the Qur'an) may have been altered or even misinterpreted over centuries...so that the "Praised One" who is Jesus is thus at the center of Islam, and not the prophet Muhammad! © Pfander Centre for Apologetics & Polemics - US, February 8, 2025 (115,730)
