Pakistani officials say the United States and Iran have signaled they will hold new ceasefire talks in Islamabad. A two-week truce is set to expire Wednesday. Meanwhile, the U.S. military says it boarded an oil tanker previously sanctioned for smuggling Iranian crude oil in Asia. The Pentagon said the boarding occurred “without incident.” Virginia voters are deciding on a mid-decade redistricting plan that could net four more U.S. House seats for Democrats. The proposed constitutional amendment bypasses the state's bipartisan commission, allowing lawmakers to use new districts approved for this year's midterm elections. Republicans have filed lawsuits to counter the plan, including one that is before the state Supreme Court. And across Israel, families, soldiers and civilians are placing flags and flowers on graves during Israel's annual Memorial Day.
