Romans 2:15 says, "They show that the work of the law is written on their hearts, while their conscience also bears witness, and their conflicting thoughts accuse or even excuse them." The Bible also says that all of creation cries out in worship to God, which is a testiment to God’s truth being manifested in creation. Psalm 19:1 says "The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.”
