She believed she was worthless until one Psalm shattered the lies. At just 8 years old, she began battling an eating disorder—trying to control something, anything, in the middle of trauma and pain. Comparison became a constant, and the voice in her head told her over and over: fat, ugly, worthless. By 22, she was exhausted, suicidal, and done—until Psalm 139 pierced the darkness and reminded her of a truth deeper than the lies: she is fearfully and wonderfully made. This is the story of a woman who stopped fighting her body and started fighting back against the enemy—with the Word of God as her weapon.
