#6: Isn't early Christianity similarly based on HEARSAY?

In their many episodes recorded together Al Fadi and Dr. Jay have been extremely critical regarding the sources of Islam. They have pointed out numerous instances, where, using timelines, the history of Islam simply cannot be trusted because everything we know about the Qur'an, Muhammad, and Mecca were written between 200 - 300 years later, proving that nothing we know concerning the origins of Islam came from any eyewitness accounts. Therefore, because it was all written so late, it simply is not historically viable. Many Muslims have criticized Jay and Al Fadi for reviewing Islam’s sources, while not holding Christianity’s origins to the same test.
