We focus on the historical and contextual details and find scripture that might possibly apply to our current situation. But God started revealed to me that His Word isn't just a story-- it's literally His heart! As I dug deeper, I began to see pulses of His character, His attributes, his promises, His desires, and ultimately, Jesus showing up in places I had never seen in scripture before.
