Your job is important, but the family is the real priority.

I was thinking about my grandfather recently. For most of his life, he worked three jobs, yet I never heard him complain. Why? Because his identity wasn't wrapped up in his career. He worked to provide for his wife, children, and grandkids. Today, the world has flipped this script. It tells women that raising a family is "missing out" on life. It tells men that true satisfaction comes from the next promotion, treating home life like a pit stop between shifts. This mindset is backwards.
