Trent Horn and the Defense of Magisterial Genocide - Why Jan Hus is Rome's Problem

In this video, I respond to Trent's claim that magisterial execution of heretics "had its place" by contextualizing this to the magisterially sanctioned death of Jan Hus and the execution of the Hussites. One thing I didn't mention in the video but occurred to me is that Rome issues a *plenary indulgence* for participation in the war against the Hussites--i.e. that you'd have the full debt of sin (including all temporal debt) remitted by participating in the "crusade" (genocide) of the Hussites. I also show why this isn't a problem for Protestants even though our forebears did similar awful things because the structure of authority we hold to doesn't commit us to *defending* them on those things. We can condemn Luther's "On the Murdering Thieving Hordes" alongside the execution of Hus quite consistently, whereas Rome has an insuperable contradiction problem on her hands.
