Why is this Biblical Character Always Ignored???

Who is this Old Testament character? Why is she overlooked? Why is the focus always on the (in)famous(?) King David? Yet Bathsheba's story gives such an insight into the Grace and Forgiveness of God. Dr Gillian Keys focuses here on the life of a woman who steps on to the biblical scene as a result of her sin of adultery and complicity in the murder of her husband, but ends up, with David, as one of the forebears of the Messiah of Israel, the Lord Jesus Christ.
