Isn't Jesus just a copy of other ancient religious figures?

Have you ever heard that Jesus is just a copycat of other ancient religious figures like Mythris, Horus, Zeus, or Adonis? This is a popular opinion on the internet with self-titled "mythicists." The problem is, the parallels aren't there to begin with! And even if they were, would it make that big of a deal?
