Some thoughts about the current culture war surrounding the issue of same-sex marriage and laws allowing or prohibiting businesses to refuse service. Is there a way past this cultural divide in a pluralistic society? Is is possible to allow for the most freedom of religion possible while also prohibiting genuine discrimination against individuals? Perhaps it is...if we give more thought to the nature of certain categories under the large umbrella "business."
