Identity and Self-Denial 🔄 Q: How do I stop letting circumstances define who I am? A: Find your identity in Christ, not in your trials, wife, children, or circumstances—when you live to be like Christ, external situations can't break your heart because you're defined by who you are in Him, not what happens to you. ✝️ Q: What does it actually mean to follow Jesus beyond just believing? A: Following Jesus requires denying yourself, picking up your cross, and not loving your own life unto death—if you don't love less everything you hold dear, you'll by no means fulfill your purpose and what He paid for. 👁️ Q: How does seeing myself differently change my behavior? A: Seeing yourself as righteous in God's sight, without guilt or shame, empowers you to live a holy life—it's not about trying to be perfect, but about living by the grace that enables you to be what you couldn't be on your own. Love and Service ❤️ Q: How do I serve without getting hurt or disappointed? A: Serve honorably without expectations—if you take no account of a suffered wrong and serve with no expectations, you won't be offended or let down, even if leadership makes moves that could have been better. 🎯 Q: What's the difference between pursuing God correctly versus incorrectly? A: Pursuing God solely for well-being is self-focused; true pursuit requires denying yourself and picking up your cross, not allowing life's circumstances to influence your identity and character. ⚠️ Q: How do I know if I've made something an idol? A: Idolatry is letting something matter more than what matters most—if you come to God for the well-being of your list of loved ones and possessions, you have it backwards. Ministry and Expectations 🚨 Q: What's the danger of serving in ministry with the wrong motives? A: If you serve in ministry with expectations and need recognition, you're on thin ice and at risk of being more hurt than ever—self-centeredness is never permissible in service. 😌 Q: How do I avoid complaining while serving? A: Do all things without complaining or grumbling to become blameless, harmless, and innocent, shining as lights in the world amidst a crooked and perverse generation. Freedom and Transformation 🔓 Q: Is prayer enough to experience freedom in Christ? A: Prayer alone is insufficient—understanding and seeing the truth about your identity in Christ is what sets you free and empowers you to live differently. 📖 Q: What's wrong with the common gospel message today? A: The gospel message has been distorted into a self-serving belief that doesn't transform lives—true salvation involves putting off the old self and putting on the new, challenging the old life and seeking change. Purpose and Perspective 🎁 Q: How should I view my daily life and responsibilities? A: Life is a gift to manifest God's love, not a grind—living outside this purpose leads to a dreadful existence, but understanding life's true meaning allows us to live with joy and fulfillment. 🌟 Q: What's the real goal of Christianity beyond heaven? A: The goal of the Christian life is to become love and live in relationship with God, not just to secure a place in heaven after death—Jesus modeled a life of love and forgiveness, and true Christianity is about living in the new life He offers. Witness and Testimony 💡 Q: What's my most powerful evangelistic tool? A: Living for God's glory and great name means your attitudes, disposition, and how others perceive you matter—your life is the greatest evangelistic testimony, not just your words.
