Gun Violence and the Deep Sadness of Our Teens

Friends, the status of young people in our society has weighed heavily on my heart lately. Study after study shows a drastic increase in levels of unhappiness, leading many to ponder what might be the driving cause. Social media use in young people is certainly worth exploring, but we must also consider something I have been harping on for years: the culture of self-invention. Too few believe in objective truth, and we’re beginning to see the disastrous effects of this attitude.
