Did Trump's "Abraham Accord" create the stage for The Palestinian's Oct. 7?

Here is a video I recorded with FOCL almost exactly a year ago, and uploaded previously around 7 months ago, which gives a possible scenario concerning why the Palestinians had to attack Israel back in October 7, 2023. I bring it up now because Donald Trump is now in the Middle East with the intention of reigniting those same accords, so it has application with what is happening "as we speak".
