Odon-Pt.3: Finally! Evidence the Qur'an has many authors!

Muslims have always claimed that the Bible cannot be from God, nor was it written by a prophet, because it came from a variety of different authors who wrote their accounts, such as those about Jesus, later on. This has never bothered Christians, because our view of revelation accommodates scripture written by mere men quite easily. But such a view confronts Islam at its very core, since scripture in Islam must be eternal, and unfettered by human hands (see Surahs 10:15; 15:9; 18:27; and 85:22 for Qur’anic support for the Islamic views on revelation). Odon, using research by Guillaume Dye, offers clear proof that the Qur'an has much the same problem, suggesting that it was likewise edited by men (not God) over a period of time. To do this he uses Surahs 2, 15, and 38, which are all stories about Adam and Iblis, yet none of the 3 stories are the same. The story in Surah 2 is short, with only the barest of information, while the same story in Surahs 15 and 38 is much more embellished, adding words, lines, and even different details. For instance, in Surah 2 it says “When we”, which is changed in Surahs 15 and 38 to “Your Lord”. These differences suggest that these are written by 3 distinct authors (or preachers), with different perspectives, and different styles, proving that there is a ‘re-writing’ being evidenced in these 3 accounts. Obviously only men can change and manipulate texts like these over a period of time.
