PATIENT IN TRIALS? || christian motivation to be patient bible study in depth Christian moms

Hey friends! Welcome to an in-depth bible study lesson on patience, because even though we don't want it to be true, I think it's something MOST believers in our day and age need to learn and grow in! Hence, why I did this bible study lesson on patience! And I think we also all need christian motivation to be patient. But first, Hey welcome to How to faith a life, my name is Faith and this is THE space on Youtube for Christian moms and REALLY anyone looking for Christian devotions for motivation and encouragement, as well as practical in depth bible study lessons for the day to day real life, & if that’s something you think you need on your feed, then hit that subscribe button! I do this series here for Christian moms specifically, called Jesus for Mommies on Christian motherhood. Now, last time I asked a question and I really enjoyed hearing back from y’all because I feel like I really get to know y’all better every time I hear back from you, so here’s another one: When is it hardest for you to exercise patience and what do you do to fight your sin nature and fight TO HAVE patience? So today we’re doing a in depth bible study lesson on patience & study for our christian motivation to be patient. If you’re anything like me, you may know you’re called to have more patience, but you don’t want to have to have more patience and you don’t really want to have to grow in your patience because patience is BORING AND EWHHHHH. In our western society, patience is probably one of the least valued virtues, because we value speed and efficiency so highly. I have to confess, I lean towards valuing efficiency TOO much and it can be really bad. Especially for our christian motivation to have patience. In this mother's online bible study video, I think it’s really important for us to remember that time is different to God than it is for us. He can see all of time, He is outside of time and initiated and created time, and we are stuck, in this moment, only seeing what’s right in front of us. We can’t see His plan, we can’t see His intentions or where any of this random life stuff is going. Be encouraged in your christian motivation to be patient, that He sees you, knows you, and HE SEES where this is all going and still calls you to be patient, right now, where you’re at. Proverbs 3:5-6 Let me re-word that just to drive home this idea one more time: Our God, our good, good, Father, who sees everything of all time, knows where your situation is going and understands your desire and your temptation to be impatient, sees everything, initiates and holds everything together, and sees where it’s going and doesn’t stop and say, “oh, yeah, this is an exceptionally annoying situation, you go ahead and be impatient in this scenario.” No, He sees it all and still calls us to BE PATIENT. But, lets get real, does my faith DEPEND on me understanding why God is waiting? Do I only follow and obey and believe the Lord if/when it makes sense and I see where He is going with it all? Now, of course we all want to shout, “of course not!” “We believe when we even can’t see!” SO, get this: even when we can’t bring ourselves to believe and to be patient, God is still good and loving because His character, His UNCHANGING character is outside of us believing in it. And ironically enough, doesn't that help your christian motivation to be patient?! So, idk if any of that even made sense, or if I lost you, in this christian video on patience, but we’re called to be patient because God looks at all eternity and He says, “yup, be patient…..” Use your desire to be impatient as fuel to seek His face. Do you see what I am doing there? I think as Christian moms, doing a bible study, often times its easy for us to look over the fact that we have to see the divide: feeling verses knowing because that’s an important principle to this all: impatience is a feeling. But patience is an ACT. Now, I have to acknowledge, in this bible study on patience that in Genesis 29 we see Jacob exercise 14 years of patience. And of course, his patience is empowered by LOVE. Ok guys, if this in-depth bible study lesson on patience has benefiting you in any way, I encourage you to pray about sharing it with someone who might benefit it (like another busy mom who might need to be met with a bible study on patience)and or giving it a like, and of course, hit that subscribe button if you already haven’t and are interested in more christian video bible studies on patience, fear, anxiety and the like. I hope this video gave you some christian motivation to have patience. While I make a lot of bible studies for busy moms and women, many videos can easily apply to really anyone. I REALLY appreciate y’all getting involved in the teaching and applying of this lesson, and commenting down below how YOU fight your sin nature and fight TO HAVE patience.
