Advice on how to approach the Old Testament.

A young lady commented how she and many friends don't read the Bible, even in the church. This is quite alarming since she added that the primary source for knowing the Bible is social media rather than the Bible itself. Recent data shows that many Christians are not biblically literate, and there is work as Christians that we need to do to change this.
